Hi, I'm Harpreet, a certified Creatrix® Transformologist®. Growing up, I didn't feel good enough. I often found myself asking others if my ideas were valid and didn't feel confident expressing my opinions. I felt left out of social circles and didn't trust myself to make decisions. All of my insecurities played full out when I got married, moved across the world and started living a completely different life. The nature of living with new people was that norms and beliefs clashed, and this forced me to turn inward and face my limiting thoughts and painful emotions.

I started to help myself by using positive self-talk to heal my own insecurities. It helped to an extent, but I soon realized that the root of my insecurities was still there, deep down in my unconscious mind and that the positive self-talk was only scratching the surface. When I had my Creatrix Resets, I quickly noticed mind-blowing changes in myself such as no longer questioning my worth and no longer assuming that I'm unwanted in social situations. During the "Stress Responses Reset", I started to experience an intense urge to break out of my shell and start living as my authentic self - and not surprisingly after having the full Reset, I found myself being ME without any extra effort.
